Spotify recently restricted third-party playlist creation. We're working on a fix, in the meantime here's a workaround that works on Spotify desktop:

Requires Spotify desktop, not the web player or mobile

Open Spotify desktop and create or open a playlist

Click in the track list, then paste

Cmd+V on Mac · Ctrl+V on Windows

Save sets to your library and build playlists.
