Welcome to Set79! We're here to help you analyze DJ sets and identify tracks. These terms explain how our service works and what you can expect from us.

1. Service Description

Set79 is a platform designed to analyze DJ sets and provide detailed tracklists with timestamps for each song played. Our core service is free. We also offer Priority Access, a paid feature that provides dedicated processing resources and immediate analysis of your DJ sets. See our pricing page for current plans and features.

2. Priority Access Subscription

2.1 Features

• Dedicated processing resources
• Immediate processing of submitted sets
• Sets are processed one at a time in the order received

2.2 Billing

• Monthly billing at the rate shown during purchase
• Subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared or transferred to others

2.3 Refund Policy

As a digital service, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests within 14 days of the initial purchase in specific cases:

• Complete service unavailability during subscription period
• Technical issues preventing access to Priority Access features
• Service significantly failing to perform as described

Important notes:

• All refund requests are evaluated case-by-case
• Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle

2.4 Service Modifications and Restrictions

• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. If we change prices:
  • We will notify existing subscribers 30 days in advance
  • The new price will only apply when your current subscription period renews
• We may suspend or terminate access to Priority Access if we determine that the service is being used in violation of applicable laws or in a way that poses security risks
• In case of service termination, unused portion of the current billing period may be refunded at our discretion

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Set79, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
