Dj Assault
Pioneering the high-speed ghettotech and Detroit booty house genres, DJ Assault is a Detroit-based DJ and producer. He co-founded Electrofunk Records and Assault Rifle Records in the late 1990s, and later established his own label, Jefferson Ave. Tracks like "Ass-n-Titties" and "Sex on the Beach" define his style, merging fast electro beats and heavy 808 basslines with explicit, comedic vocals. Across recorded sets on set79, his tracklists regularly feature high-tempo electro and classic ghettotech.
