Developer
Los Angeles techno, going back to the city's early-90s scene, where Developer started out as a resident on KSPC radio and later ran one of the west coast's first techno distributors. He founded Modularz in 2009 and curates it alongside the Olympian offshoot. The sound is stripped-back hypnotic loop techno, built on pressure and repetition rather than obvious peaks, and he's taken it to Berghain's Klubnacht.
