Edward

Berlin-based DJ and producer Gilles Aiken, performing as Edward, is a core member of the Weimar-rooted Giegling collective. He crafts a distinct style of psychedelic minimal house, deep techno, and ambient music built heavily on manipulated samples and edits. Alongside Giegling, Edward has released music on labels like Baby Ford's Trelik, Die Orakel, and Oskar Offermann's WHITE imprint. On set79, his hypnotic, groove-driven sound is captured across recorded sets from European festivals including Waking Life, Houghton, and Fusion, as well as intimate Berlin venues like Club Der Visionäre.
