Excision
Canadian DJ and producer who helped pioneer the North American dubstep scene with a heavy, aggressive sound that incorporates elements of metal and trap. Based in British Columbia, Excision founded the Rottun Recordings imprint in 2007, which he later closed to launch his multi-genre bass music label Subsidia in 2020. He is also the founder of Lost Lands, a prehistoric-themed music festival. Known for massive, audio-visual touring shows, Excision frequently performs at major events like Electric Daisy Carnival and Ultra Music Festival, where signature tracks like "Throwin' Elbows" and "Feel Something" are staples.
