Glitch hop and ghetto funk from New Zealand, with hip-hop swing underneath and drum & bass in the fast parts. K+Lab's second album The Worldly's landed on Gramatik's Lowtemp label and picked up a New Zealand Music Awards nomination for electronic album of the year, and he's since released through Wakaan and gone darker and heavier on 2022's Beasts. He plays live rather than strictly DJing, running keytar basslines and melodies over his own productions.
