Opiuo
New Zealand-born and Melbourne-based, Opiuo makes glitch hop built on heavy funk and low-end swing, and he performs it live rather than from a laptop alone. Early EPs on Addictech and Muti Music took him beyond New Zealand, and he's since toured the same material as a five-piece band and rearranged it for the 20-piece Syzygy Orchestra. That orchestral Red Rocks show in 2018 became a live album and is still the performance most people point to.
