Zohar
Amsterdam DJ whose sets move between broken techno, dub, ambient, industrial textures and drum & bass. Zohar puts out her own productions on ZOHAR, a DIY label distributed through Clone. A Dekmantel Connects booking first put her behind the decks with drum & bass veteran Nymfo, and the two followed it with Mirrors, a four-track 12-inch on Dekmantel in 2025. She also co-founded the Amsterdam online station Echobox Radio. --- - **Which Zohar:** At least two DJs use this name. There's also a Zohar (AUS) on Beatport. I wrote about the Amsterdam DJ because set79's genre tags (ambient, industrial, breaks, footwork, mutant DnB) fit her sound. If this page also collects sets by the Australian artist, the bio will be wrong for those sets. - **Echobox Radio:** Only one source (Sonic Acts' 2020 artist page) says she co-founded it. Drop that sentence if you want every claim confirmed by two sources. - **Left out:** She has played Dekmantel Festival and De School, and she played a Simo Cell release party in Bordeaux. That was only a shared lineup, not a collaboration. I cut these to keep the bio to its strongest facts.
