Marlon Hoffstadt Invites l Natureboy Gold l 20.04.17, Chalet, Berlin Tracklist
Captured during Marlon Hoffstadt’s 2017 residency at the now-closed Chalet in Berlin, this two-hour set from Natureboy Gold is a great relic of the city’s mid-2010s house scene. Playing on a lineup that also featured Seb Wildblood, the selection leans into warm, grooving house cuts perfectly suited for Chalet's famously cozy, fireplace-lit rooms. It's a nostalgic snapshot of Berlin clubbing from a slightly gentler, groovier era before the city's dancefloors fully embraced high-tempo techno.
