Joris Voorn
Amsterdam-based DJ and producer working in melodic techno and deep house, Joris Voorn broke through with Incident in the early 2000s and now runs the Spectrum label and event series, having earlier co-founded Rejected with Edwin Oosterwal. The 2009 Balance 014 mix, which wove more than 100 tracks across two discs, is the release that made his name as a mixer rather than just a producer. Awakenings and Tomorrowland both turn up regularly among his recorded sets.
