Hozho
Melodark is a genre name Hozho invented for his own sound: minimal techno beats under bright melodies, with dark synths and heavy basslines doing the rest. The Portuguese producer built his audience largely through YouTube DJ mixes rather than the club circuit, with his Jardins Efémeros set in Viseu passing ten million views. Honey Trap and Sitting In This Cage, a collaboration with Droplex, are the tracks he's most associated with.
