Solardo
Manchester duo Mark Richards and James Eliot make tech house with a stripped-back, techno-leaning edge, and their sets pull in plenty of straight techno alongside the housier material. Tribesmen, released on Hot Creations in 2016, gave Solardo their first Beatport number one and is still the record they're best known for; they got a ten-year anniversary remix out of it this summer. They also run Sola, which put out early CamelPhat and Mason Maynard records, and have remixed Gorgon City, MK and Carl Cox.
